  • The product that is delivered is not the ordered product.
  • The product has some manufacturing defects.

 

We can accept returns until the 14th day of purchase providing that:

 

  • The product remains in its original packaging, sealed and unopened.
  • The product is not used.
  • The product is complete and there is nothing missing from it.
  • The customer MUST sent the original invoice with the returned product.

 

To ensure your safety, all eyes products cannot be returned in case they are not sealed.
