SUPPORT | In this section you will find the most frequently asked questions about our products.

You can find the ingredients list on product labels and on our website.

Our make-up is manufactured in compliance with European Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009, which forbids the testing of both raw materials and finished cosmetic products on animals. More specifically, the testing of finished cosmetic products on animals has been banned since 11 September 2004. The marketing of cosmetics tested on animals and cosmetics containing ingredients tested on animals was prohibited on 11 March 2009, with limited exceptions allowed until 2013 for particularly complex ingredient safety assessments.

However, it should be noted that the cosmetics industry had voluntarily given up animal testing many years before the enforcement of these bans, and undertaken research into alternative testing methods, some of which have since been validated. For decades now, the safety of cosmetics has been tested using methods and expertise that ensure consumer safety without recourse to animal testing.

Our products do not contain Nickel, which is forbidden by law. However, technically unavoidable traces of Nickel may be present as a result of the manufacturing process or impurities in raw materials.

Our products have a minimum durability date of 3 years (i.e. until which the cosmetic product, stored under appropriate conditions, continues to fulfil its initial function and, in particular, remains safe). European legislation states that if the minimum durability date of the cosmetic product is longer than 30 months, the date of minimum durability does not need to be indicated on the label. In this case, however, the label must state the period of time after opening that the product can be used without any harm to the consumer. This is the “PaO” (Period of time after opening), depicted in all EU countries with the same symbol: an open cosmetics pot with a written number of months that the product can be used for after opening.

The safety of all our cosmetic products is ensured by our use of substances that comply with European Regulations and by the strict safety assessments carried out before products are put on the market. Women can therefore continue using them without any qualms even during pregnancy.

Our cosmetics use ingredients that are completely safe and comply with the standards set by the European Cosmetics Regulation.

However, pregnancy hormones may change your complexion during pregnancy, causing it to become more sensitive. If itching or redness occurs, stop using the product and contact your doctor.
